2015

In 2018, Karen and Antonio embarked on their entrepreneurial journey: their passion merged, propelling them to launch a bold new life and business project. They opened Il Caminetto, a historic spot in the Modena Apennines next to Montegibbio Castle, where mountain tradition and warm hospitality intertwine in an authentic, enveloping experience.

Was born from the passion of Antonio and Karen, in the evocative heart of Sassuolo Castle, a place rich in history and charm. Here, carefully selected top-quality meats—from premium Italian and international cuts—meet attentive service, crafted down to the finest details and dedicated to every guest. A unique experience blending Emilian tradition, impeccable quality, and a historic, elegant atmosphere.

2023

The story of La Filetteria 1.0 continues to evolve with La Filetteria 2.0, its new location opened near Modena’s historic center.
Here, premium meat quality and excellence blend with a youthful, modern, and dynamic atmosphere for a refreshed, captivating experience.

2025

In 2025, after nearly 10 years of experience in the Italian restaurant industry, horizons and ambitions expanded.
Young Alex Strozzi joined the team, determined to launch his first entrepreneurial venture. Thus, La Filetteria 3.0 was born in Ibiza, marking a new chapter of excellence and innovation.
